The valve body of the MILEHERTZ's FPU Charging Kit is manufactured with precision machining, resistant to hydraulic oil and nitrogen corrosion, and can operate stably under a wide temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, making it suitable for complex working environments such as outdoor construction sites and enclosed machine rooms.

1. Multiple pressure gauge ranges available

Standard configurations include 10MPa, 25MPa, and 40MPa shock-resistant and vibration-proof pressure gauges, covering the pre-charge requirements of the vast majority of hydraulic accumulators.

2. Safety valve assembly structure

Built-in non-return check valve and manual pressure relief valve to prevent high-pressure nitrogen from back flowing into the gas cylinder and to avoid over pressure explosion risks.

3. Multiple standard connection fitting kits available as options

Factory-supplied optional threaded connections including M28X1.5, M14×1.5, UNF7/8, UNF1/2, UNF5/16, UNF5/8, and G1/4, compatible with all types of accumulators—bladder-type, diaphragm-type, and piston-type—from both domestic and international manufacturers.

4. Customizable high-pressure hoses

Standard 1.5m inflation hose suitable for confined installation spaces in large equipment, with optional nitrogen cylinder interfaces in different standards such as G5/8, W24.32, and CGA580.

Applications

The MILEHERTZ's FPU Charging Kit is widely used in the daily maintenance of various hydraulic accumulators, including wind turbine pitch accumulator systems, new energy stamping equipment, mining hydraulic stations, marine deck machinery, injection molding machines, main hydraulic systems of construction machinery, and machine tool accumulators, among others. The device must only be used with industrial nitrogen of purity ≥99.8%, strictly adhering to hydraulic industry safety maintenance specifications.

Safe Nitrogen Charging Operation Standards

Along with the batch release of the FPU inflation tool to the market, MILEHERTZ Machinery is simultaneously promoting the safe nitrogen charging operation standards for accumulators.

1. The hydraulic system must be isolated and internal hydraulic oil drained before operation
2. Pressure gauges must be calibrated every 12 months
3. Nitrogen charging operations are prohibited in high-temperature and open-flame areas
4. On-site operators must wear protective gloves and safety goggles to prevent safety accidents
